Standard Delivery

Eagle Distribution will always endeavour to dispatch your orders on a next day before noon delivery when ordered before 3.30pm. Goods will be dispatched using our standard service unless otherwise requested by yourselves on your order.

Shipments over £100 in value excluding VAT and Delivery cannot be shipped via Royal Mail (2kg).

Minimum Order Charge

Eagle Distribution will accept all orders regardless of the order value, although any order placed that is less than £25.00 excluding VAT and delivery, is subject to an additional charge of £2.95 unless ordered.

Plain Wrap Service

If you require the order to be delivered directly to your customer, saving you on a second carriage cost, Eagle offers a plain wrap service at a nominal charge of £2.75. Eagle can also include your delivery note to accompany the goods if forwarded to us with the order either by email or Fax

Returns Policy & Stocking Charges

Eagle's policy on returned goods is as follows. All returned goods must be returned in their original packaging undamaged and are subject to a restocking fee which is 25% of the order value (min. £50). At the time of obtaining your returns number you will be informed if the restocking fee is applicable and what the value will be. Please note that Special Order or customised products are non-returnable. Please contact our customers service personnel for an Eagle returns number

End User online ordering

Eagle is a trade sales provider only. Orders received from an end user will be processed and shipped by Eagle Technologies Ltd but the invoice and payment will be collected by our nominated reseller. Nominated reseller(s) will be informed of your order as soon as it arrives and contact will be made for payment preference. Eagle Technologies Ltd will either telephone or email you the details of the nominated reseller(s). During your shopping process, you will be able to confirm or cancel this process. If you click Cancel Order, your order will be cancelled.
